Aditya focuses his practice on complex cases involving consumer and securities fraud violations. Adi currently represents investors who sustained significant financial losses in their savings and retirement as a result of alleged securities violations at Morgan Keegan and its affiliates. He also supports the firm’s efforts in defending the claims of shareholders who have alleged that their ownership in a local biomedical company called BioE was fraudulently transferred to the company’s Chairman of the Board and another large investor. Trial in that matter is scheduled to begin in January 2012. In consumer litigation, Adi represents clients in cases involving improper charges related to iPhone service, and consumers who have brought claims against the National Arbitration Forum for their arbitration practices.
Adi is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School. While at law school, he was a recipient of the Howard W. Mithun Scholarship, Harold Richardson Law Scholarship, and the Law School Endowment for Excellence Scholarship. In 2008, attending the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Adi earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a minor in Political Science.
