American Express Travel Related Services

Two employees of American Express Related Services have taken a stand against the company's unfair compensation practices. In the case filed in federal court on February 8, 2010, the employees have said that American Express Travel has not paid them for all the time spent working at the beginning and end of their shifts,as well as, during their lunch period.
