Anne Regan is a partner practicing in the areas of employment rights and benefits and investor protection at Zimmerman Reed, focusing on collective and class actions and Multi-District Litigation. She has successfully represented thousands of clients nationwide, recovering unpaid overtime and penalties for employees who were misclassified under the Fair Labor Standards Act and state wage and hour laws, or who were required to without compensation. Ms. Regan has also handled religious discrimination claims. Anne has successfully represented employees and shareholders of national and Minnesota-based companies, and is committed to achieving only the best results.  She repeatedly demonstrates that her broad-based knowledge and experience make her a compelling and respected advocate for her clients.

Her recent cases include the resolution of thousands of meat processing workers' claims against companies such as Gold'n Plump, Brakebush Brothers and Green Bay Dressed Beef, and a trial and successful defense of an appeal in the Farmers Insurance misclassification case. Anne also currently works on behalf of Mississippi Public Employees’ Retirement System in its securities fraud litigation against Boston Scientific Corporation.

Ms. Regan graduated cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School, where she served as a Managing Editor of the Minnesota Law Review. Prior to law school she attended Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, where she graduated magna cum laude and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Ms. Regan is licensed to practice law in the States of Minnesota and Illinois, and is admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. She is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the Hennepin County Bar Association, and Minnesota Women Lawyers. Anne has also been a legal writing instructor for the University of Minnesota Law School legal writing program.
