Dockers Free Flight Promotion

In 2007, consumers attempted to take part in JCPenney’s Round Trip Flight Voucher Promotion. Under the Promotion, Levi Strauss and JC Penney represented that anyone who purchased $125 or more of Dockers-brand clothing would also receive a roundtrip airline flight as part of the bargain. Thousands of consumers agreed to the deal and made the requisite purchases.

But Levi Strauss, JC Penney, and their administrator TLC Americas, have not honored the Promotion. Instead of providing a roundtrip airline flight as promised, they have either ignored attempts to redeem the Promotion, asked consumers to accept something of lower value instead of a roundtrip flight, or charged fees to redeem the Promotion that were not part of the bargain.
