Jason practices exclusively on complex cases involving defective drugs and faulty medical devices. He currently advocates on behalf of clients both nationally and locally, who have been injured from defective orthopedic devices made by Zimmer & DePuy. Jason’s personal engagement, resolute view of the law, and solid practice style make him a strong voice for his clients.

A graduate of the University of St. Thomas School of Law, he was recognized by the Minnesota Justice Foundation for his pro bono service work and also received a Deans award in both Adoption and Consumer Law. Prior to law school, Jason attended Winona State University earning his Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, in Marketing.

Jason is admitted to the state courts of Minnesota and U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.
