Linda J. Deering, C.L.M.
Director of Administration
Linda joined Zimmerman Reed in 2002, and acts as the firm's Director of Administration and as an ex officio member of the Managing Partner Committee. After attending St. Cloud State University, Linda received a RPG II Programming Certificate from St. Cloud Business School, and a Certificate in Marketing from St. Cloud Vocational School. As part of her 20+ years of active administrative experience, Linda has continually sought to improve her skills by attending numerous seminars on business and personnel management. She recently fulfilled the requirements to obtain Certified Legal Manager (C.L.M.) status, making her one of only six managers in Minnesota to attain this certification. Linda is a member of both the American and Minnesota Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators and is the Co-Chair of the Minnesota Legal Administrators Association Small/Medium Firm Section. |

Lindsey A. Carr
Director of Marketing
Lindsey joined the firm in 2000 and currently serves as ZR's Director of Marketing. As the primary go-to person for marketing, Lindsey can juggle projects with the best of them while keeping her cool and making light of any stressful situation. She manipulates data, transforms ideas, and turns legalese into understandable communications for the public. Lindsey's responsibilities include overseeing website development and managing all of the marketing needs of the firm. Lindsey earned a B.A. in Marketing and Advertising from the University of Minnesota, School of Journalism and Mass Communication in 2001. When she's not at the office, Lindsey fills her time with family, friends, music, and outdoor activities. |

Stacy A. Bethea
Paralegal
Stacy is a paralegal at Zimmerman Reed-Scottsdale, primarily assisting the attorneys litigating our Mortgage Abuse and Yield Spread cases. She is also the person responsible for day-to-day operations at ZR-Scottsdale. After graduating from Northern Arizona University with a B.S. in Criminal Justice, Stacy worked to earn her Paralegal Certificate from the Arizona Paralegal Training Program. She recently fulfilled the requirements to obtain Certified Paralegal (C.P.) status. Stacy is a member of the National Notary Association (N.N.A.), the Maricopa County Bar Association–Paralegal Division, and the National Association of Legal Assistants - Paralegals (N.A.L.A.). When Stacy's long days at ZR end, she enjoys winding down by taking in the latest movies with her daughter (sometimes letting her husband join them), or browsing the unique creations at local craft shows. |

Karen M. Colt, C.P.
Paralegal
Karen is a paralegal at ZR-Minneapolis, assisting attorneys in a variety of cases, but concentrating most of her time on securities litigation. After receiving a B.A. in English and Psychology from Gustavus Adolphus College, Karen earned a Paralegal Certificate from the Minnesota Paralegal Institute. She recently completed a voluntary paralegal certification examination, making her one of thirty-four Certified Paralegals (C.P.) in Minnesota. Karen is also a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants. Prior to joining ZR, she worked for two years as a Case Assistant at another Minneapolis law firm. |

Heidi S. Cuppy
Paralegal
Heidi joined the firm’s Minneapolis office in 2010 and is a paralegal. Heidi assists the attorneys in cases involving Wage & Hour and Consumer Protection, and also provides back up assistance to the receptionist. She will receive her Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies from North Hennepin Community College in December 2011, and plans to pursue an Individualized Bachelor’s Degree at Metro State with a focus in legal studies. Away from ZR, Heidi spends any free moment with her nieces and nephews and also unwinds from her busy work week by being active, attending sporting events and traveling. |

Carol C. Finck
Paralegal
Carol joined ZR-Minneapolis in 2010 bringing more than 20 years of paralegal experience. Her extensive know-how comes from her work on complex litigation cases, including her time spent at another Plaintiffs’ class action employment firm, where she managed discovery in cases involving age, gender and race discrimination. At ZR, she assists attorneys and clients in all aspects of litigation, concentrating exclusively on defective drug and medical device cases. Carol takes great pride in her work and feels honored and privileged to be part of a team that protects the rights of individuals – enjoying the challenges that can occur when finding solutions to her clients’ problems. Carol earned a B.A. in English at Mount Mary College in Milwaukee and also holds a Paralegal Certificate from North Hennepin Community College. Away from ZR, Carol truly treasures the time she spends with her husband and two sons. It’s all their support that gives her much needed energy day in and day out. |

Ann R. Hansen
Paralegal
Ann has been a ZR-Minneapolis paralegal since 1998, having previously held a position as a paralegal class action claims administrator for a private company. She is a Cum Laude graduate of the National University of California where she received her Business Administration degree. Ann also holds a Paralegal Certificate from the Minnesota Paralegal Association. Since joining the firm, Ann has shared her expertise and organizational skills with ZR teams litigating a variety of drug and medical device cases including Vioxx, Celebrex, Viagra, and Cypher Stents. Ann, who is a mother of two – one teenager and one “grown-up” – winds down from her busy work schedule by watching serial TV dramas and/or eating dark chocolate. She also enjoys outdoor activities, playing tennis through the summer and downhill skiing during colder months. |

Leslie A. Harms
Paralegal
Leslie joined Zimmerman Reed-Minneapolis as a paralegal in 2011. She works directly with clients and assists attorneys in our Wage and Hour Litigation. Leslie is a graduate of Augsburg College and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work. Prior to joining ZR, she had more than 11 years of experience helping clients, while working at another Twin Cities law firm. When her day at ZR is over, this busy mother of five enjoys spending time with her husband and kids attending school activities and sporting events – and of course, cherishing those few and far in-between quiet moments. |

Tina M. Olson
Paralegal
Tina, a senior paralegal, has been with Zimmerman Reed-Minneapolis since 1988, with significant experience working on the TMJ, Pedicle Screw, Baycol(tm), and several Drug and Medical Device cases. She is a graduate of both the Anoka AVTI Legal Secretarial Program and the Minnesota Paralegal Institute. Tina currently focuses most of her time and effort on the Levaquin MDL and Guidant MDL litigations. When her work week is done, Tina enjoys spending time with her husband and four children while boating and fishing - both in open water and through the ice. She also is a dedicated member of a women's bowling team, competing on a weekly basis. |

Angie joined ZR-Minneapolis in 2005. She assists with daily accounting tasks as well as special administrative and marketing projects. Prior to coming to ZR, she worked for over 5 years in reception at another Minneapolis law firm. Angie is a graduate of Orono High School, and enjoys spending time with her young son, her dogs, and her cats. |

Paralegal
Erika joined the firm’s Minneapolis office in 2010 as a Paralegal and primarily helps clients in the Zimmer NexGen Knee and DePuy Hip Implant cases. Prior to working at ZR, she attended Lake Superior College in Duluth and earned an associate’s degree in paralegal studies in 2006. She then went on to work in several law firms logging over 4 years of experience in personal injury, worker’s comp and family law. When not focusing her time and energy on case work, Erika enjoys spending time with her husband and taking trips up to Duluth to see her family. A movie buff at heart, Erika also likes to unwind by watching movies – at home or in the theater. |

Julianne M. Van Norman
Paralegal
Julianne is a senior paralegal who has been part of ZR-Minneapolis since 1989. She is an honors graduate of the Chippewa Valley Technical College in Eau Claire, WI, with an A.A. in the Paralegal program. Julianne works with ZR attorneys on numerous cases including Antitrust Litigation, Breast Implant Litigation, Healthcare and other consumer cases. In her off-work hours, in addition to spending time with her family, Julianne trains for and runs marathons, including Boston, Twin Cities, and Grandma's, and also trains for and participates in local triathlons. Julianne completed her first Ironman at Ironman-Wisconsin in September 2003. |

LaToya C. Wiley
Receptionist
LaToya is the receptionist at the ZR-Minneapolis office. In addition to performing her front desk duties, answering phones, and her hospitality/hostess role, LaToya also assists the attorneys and paralegals with several case and administrative projects. She is a graduate of Edison High School and is currently studying to become a paralegal at Rasmussen College. LaToya, a mother of a very busy and athletic teenage son, unwinds from her busy work and school schedule by attending sporting events and is also very active in her church. |
