Patricia Bloodgood joined Zimmerman Reed in the Fall of 2008. Patricia brings two decades of experience in complex commercial litigation, particularly class actions. She has served as lead counsel on a number of class actions, including the Lutheran Brotherhood Sales Practices Litigation. More recently, she has been working with law firms around the country on the FedEx Ground Drivers Lawsuit, a multi-district consolidated proceeding involving 40 different state class actions challenging FedEx Grounds' independent contractor model.

Ms. Bloodgood is a frequent lecturer at litigation strategy seminars and is a past President of the Minnesota Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. At Zimmerman Reed, Patricia will continue to focus her practice on class action litigation, including securities fraud, consumer fraud and unlawful employment practices. Patricia is licensed to practice law in both Minnesota and Wisconsin.
