The Federal Trade Commission recently announced that Pool Corporation, Inc. (PoolCorp), has agreed to stop using predatory and anticompetitive tactics to drive up the prices of the pool products it sells. PoolCorp is the largest distributor of swimming pool supplies, equipment and products in the nation. If you or your business purchased swimming pool products directly from PoolCorp at any time from 2003 to the present, you likely paid more than you should have, and may be entitled to recover amounts you overpaid.
If you purchased swimming pool from PoolCorp any time since 2003, you may have overpaid. If you would like to talk with a lawyer about your potential claim, please call 800-755-0098 or submit a free case review form.
