Brian Gudmundson concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation. Brian represents private and institutional consumers in a variety of legal areas, including Third Party Payor, Antitrust, Healthcare, and Securities Litigation. Prior to joining Zimmerman Reed in 2005, Brian was part of a litigation team that achieved a $2.5 billion settlement against AOL-Time Warner on behalf of investors.
While attending the University of Minnesota Law School, Brian was a faculty research assistant, a member of the National Moot Court, and a member of both the Dean's List and Dean's List with an A Average. He also received the Minnesota Justice Foundation's public service award.
