If you closed a real estate transaction with Burnet Title, Inc., you are eligible for money IF:
You bought or refinanced real estate where Burnet Title, Inc., handled your closing between January 26, 1994 and May 31, 2002;
-OR-
You sold real estate where Burnet Title, Inc., handled your closing between January 26, 1994 and September 30, 2003;
-AND-
You paid Burnet Title, Inc., one or more of:

  • courier fee
  • assessment search fee
  • plat/inspection report fee
  • or other similarly named fees

Edina Realty Title, Inc.
If you closed a real estate transaction with Edina Realty Title, Inc., you are eligible for money IF:
You bought, refinanced or sold real estate where Edina Realty Title, Inc., handled your closing between October 24, 1996 and July 1, 2002;
-AND-
You paid Edina Realty Title, Inc., one or more of:

  • courier fee or document handling fee
  • plat drawing or inspection report fee
  • assessment search fee
  • recording service fee
  • or other similarly named fees

Universal Title Company

If you closed a real estate transaction with Universal Title Company, you are eligible for money IF:
You bought, refinanced or sold real estate where Universal Title Company, handled your closing between January 14, 1999 and January 31, 2006;

You paid Universal Title Company, one or more of:
