I’m always ready to move toward what’s challenging: I believe that’s the surest path to success — and connection.

Partner June Pineda Hoidal brings uncommon depth, analysis, and perspective to high-stakes litigation. As Chair of the firm’s Public Client Practice, June represents public entities as plaintiffs in complex litigation across the country. June also leads and manages the firm’s cases involving securities and financial fraud, ERISA violations, and False Claims Act violations. The extraordinary effectiveness of her advocacy at every level— including U.S. Supreme Court briefing—has earned her a growing national reputation, especially among state Attorneys General Offices. These clients appreciate the personal investment June makes to help them navigate systemic demands and understand large-scale litigation trends and best practices. Then, like her colleagues and other clients, they come to prize her ability to see and address potential problems before they arise. June’s personal dedication and passion for legal excellence have made her a respected leader within the law as well as the broader communities she serves.
