Tim Becker currently focuses his practice in complex commercial litigation and securities law. With cases all over the country, Tim has demonstrated his ability to vigorously represent clients on both the national and local level. In 2005, he played an integral role in obtaining class certification on behalf of 5,400 former shareholders of Minnesota Corn Processors.

During his tenure at William Mitchell, Tim served as a staff member of the William Mitchell Law Review and as an Associate Editor from 1994 through 1995. After beginning his career, Tim was included in Strathmore's "Who's Who" (2000), was recognized as a "Rising Star of Law" in 1999 and as a "Super Lawyer" in 2002, 2003, and 2004 by Minnesota Law & Politics.
