Nansy is an attorney in Zimmerman Reed’s Minneapolis office. She currently represents individuals alleging that streaming providers violated privacy acts meant to shield consumers. Her practice focuses on Consumer Protection and Mass Arbitration.
Before joining Zimmerman Reed, Nansy was an attorney editor for a legal research service and proprietary database company. During law school, she served as a writing associate on her school’s Journal of Public Policy and Practice, and gained experience clerking for local firms in areas including family law, personal injury, and medical drug and device law. Nansy earned a certificate in Conflict Resolution Theory and Practice from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where she studied alternate dispute resolutions in arbitration, mediation, and negotiation, and mediated cases in harassment, housing, and conciliation court through the mediation clinic. Nansy also serves as a board member for the Coptic Lawyers Student Bar Association.
