Danielle Manning is a litigation associate working in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Danielle specializes in representing clients in complex class action lawsuits in state and federal courts nationwide. She is a member of the firm’s consumer protection and employment law practice groups and represents employees in misclassification and wage disputes, and represents consumers in breach of contract, breach of warranty, and consumer fraud cases.

Prior to joining Zimmerman Reed, Danielle was counsel on numerous complex class action consumer protection lawsuits, including being part of a litigation team that successfully certified a multi-state class action against American Honda Motor Company. See Quackenbush et. al. v. American Honda Motor Company Inc. et. al., Case No. 3:20-cv-05599 (N.D. Cal.). A seasoned brief writer, Danielle also managed all aspects of litigation from case investigation and evaluation, initial filing, discovery, and settlement.

Danielle is a graduate of the University of California Los Angeles School of Law. While in law school, she externed for the Honorable Laurie D. Zelon in the California Court of Appeal, Los Angeles. She also graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Analysis from Claremont McKenna College in Claremont, California. Danielle is licensed to practice before and is a member in good standing of the California State Bar.
