Erin joined the Zimmerman Reed Los Angeles office team as a Case Manager and is often the first point of contact for new clients coming into our firm. Her duties cast a wide net. She assists the attorneys with the development of cases by maintaining client communications, managing case deadlines, and keeping accurate documentation in our client files. Erin works mainly with our prospective clients bringing wage claims involving the misclassification of gig-economy drivers on their claims to receive fair compensation for their work. She also assists the team working on gender pay gap claims on behalf of women workers claiming they are getting paid less than their male colleagues.
On the consumer fraud litigation front, she helps our clients in a variety of cases including consumers mislead into investing in Gold IRA accounts, homeowners standing up to questionable realtor compensation practices, and the failure to disclose health risks and the misleading marketing of JUUL e-cigarettes.
Erin received a B.A. in Child Development and Family Studies in 2015 from California State University Long Beach and is currently pursuing a paralegal certification from California State University Los Angeles. In her spare time, she likes to hike, read, and spend time with friends and family.
