Jennifer has extensive experience analyzing and reviewing documents for complex litigation cases involving substantive areas of law and due diligence. She is currently on the team representing Minnesota in its litigation against e-cigarette manufacturer, JUUL, for deceptive marketing and targeting Minnesota’s youth. She served on the Dicamba MDL discovery team reviewing pre-trial discovery documents.
Jennifer earned her law degree from the William Mitchell College of Law. She received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Pacific Lutheran University. Jennifer is admitted to practice before, and is a member in good standing of, the Bar of the State of Minnesota.
