Prathyusha Gobburi joined Zimmerman Reed as a CRM Specialist. Her work sits at the intersection of systems, data, and day-to-day operations. She manages workflows across the firm’s data ecosystem along with a range of intake and automation tools, designing processes that make high-volume case data easier for our legal teams to manage. Much of her focus is on data integrity, reporting dashboards, and connecting the tools the firm relies on.
Prathyusha’s path into data operations began in B2B SaaS marketing, where an early love of writing and content drew her into tech writing and marketing roles at startups. In those fast-moving environments, where responsibilities were rarely confined to a single title, her work expanded into campaigns, funnels, metrics, and the systems behind them. Over time, data emerged as the common thread connecting the work she enjoyed most, leading her to pursue a Master’s degree in data analytics and move deeper into CRM systems and data ops.
Prathyusha received her Masters of Science in Data Analytics, Data Science & AI from Concordia University and her Bachelor of Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology.
