Los Angeles Office | Associate Attorney
To excel in this role, you should have 4-5 years of experience as a litigation associate and possess strong communication and social skills. Being a resourceful, team-oriented attorney with exceptional brief writing abilities and experience in discovery is essential. Additionally, you should be comfortable managing litigation, interacting with clients and co-counsel, taking and defending depositions, appearing in court, and drafting filings.
Minneapolis Office | CRM Specialist
Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing the firm's CRM systems (Zoho, Filevine), ensuring data integrity, developing workflows and automation, and providing staff training. You will generate reports, collaborate with teams for software integration, and stay updated on CRM trends to enhance client management processes.
Minneapolis Office | Associate Attorney
We are seeking a highly skilled attorney to join our Minneapolis team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in complex litigation, with a proven track record of being resourceful, team-oriented, and possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional brief writing and discovery expertise are essential, as is the ability to manage litigation independently and with a team. The successful candidate will be comfortable interacting with clients and co-counsel, taking and defending depositions, appearing in court, and drafting high-quality filings.
