While we are often working on high-stakes, high-profile litigation, we never lose sight of the client or take for granted the privilege of being a part of a legal process where each individual has the right to seek redress, no matter how unlevel the playing field appears. That’s why we went to law school and why we still like going to work. What we do gives us purpose and satisfaction.

While our legal team has diverse backgrounds, we have some common DNA: we share a natural curiosity, innovative spirit, and dedication to delivering excellence. Last week’s success is celebrated, but there is always a strong drive to focus on the next challenge. This entrepreneurial spirit results in having an open forum at all levels for new ideas, new tools, mentorship, and ways of thinking.

We are proud of the environment that’s resulted. It’s a place where the energy in the office is focused on what’s best for our clients instead of office politics. While we all have a good dose of competitive spirit, we don’t bring that to our colleagues. We are each other’s biggest fans; we interact a lot. That attitude has resulted in a genuine camaraderie that has always been a key ingredient behind our firm’s successes.
