Women Seeking Class Action Against Hewlett Packard Enterprise to Recover Lost Wages

Two women who worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) are challenging the IT giant in court for gender-based pay discrimination. The two women are seeking a class action to recover not only their lost wages but also those of all current and former female employees working at HPE in California anytime from 2016 to the present. Zimmerman Reed is privileged to be part of the legal team seeking fairness for these women.
