Zimmerman Reed is proud to announce that Jeffrey J. Harrington has been elevated to Partner.
Jeff has been a valued member of the firm’s Minneapolis office. He brings nearly two decades of experience in employment, consumer protection, and business law. Throughout his time at Zimmerman Reed, Jeff has been a steadfast advocate for individuals in consumer protection matters, employee wage disputes, and employment misclassification claims—earning the trust of clients and colleagues through consistent, thoughtful advocacy.
Jeff brings a unique mix of trial-level and adjudicative experience to the firm. Before joining Zimmerman Reed, he served as a Minnesota Assistant Attorney General in the Complex Litigation Division, where he focused extensively on consumer protection issues. He later served as an Unemployment Law Judge, issuing decisions on appeals of unemployment claims. Early in his career, Jeff clerked for the Honorable Richard H. Kyle of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, experience that continues to inform his approach to complex legal and regulatory matters.
“Jeff has demonstrated unwavering commitment, sound judgment, and deep dedication to our clients,” said Managing Partner J. Gordon Rudd. “His elevation to Partner recognizes not only his legal acumen, but the leadership and perspective he brings to the firm every day. We’re thrilled to welcome him into the partnership.”
Please join us in congratulating Jeff on this well-deserved achievement.
