BizJournals reports that CenturyLink customers have filed class actions in several states alleging CenturyLink signed them up for services they did not request or authorize, improperly placed them in collections, and created fake accounts using the customers’ identification. Class actions have been filed in Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.
