Finnuala Kelleher Tessier is an experienced appellate advocate and former senior government attorney who has handled complex federal litigation at the highest levels. Finnuala spent over two decades in government service, including in leadership roles at the U.S. Department of Justice, where she advised senior officials, developed litigation strategy, and represented government interests in significant appellate and policy matters.

During her time at the U.S. Department of Justice, Finnuala briefed and argued dozens of federal appeals, briefed numerous cases before the U.S. Supreme Court, and helped shape national litigation and sentencing policy. In addition, at the Colorado Department of Law, Finnuala served as Special Antitrust Counsel and Senior Assistant Attorney General, working on antitrust litigation, federal grant litigation, and multistate enforcement matters. Her work spans antitrust, criminal law, statutory interpretation, and constitutional issues, including leading high-profile appellate litigation.
