Madison DeMaris is an associate based in Minneapolis where she is a part of the firm’s Consumer Protection and Privacy + Data Breach practices. Madison currently represents clients whose personal health information was compromised in data breaches.

Prior to joining ZR, Madison completed back-to-back clerkships with the Minnesota Court of Appeals, working for Judges Kevin G. Ross, Jennifer L. Frisch, and Sarah I. Wheelock. She is an Order of the Coif graduate of the University of Iowa College of Law and was awarded the Class of 2022 Award for Outstanding Scholastic Achievement. While in law school, Madison was a contributing editor and student writer for the Journal of Gender, Race, and Justice, served on the Moot Court Executive Board, and gained valuable experience at the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota and the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Minnesota.
