Molly is an associate in the firm’s Minneapolis office and a member of the employment law and consumer protection practice groups. She currently represents patients of fertility clinics who suffered devastating loss of their embryos; employees in employment wage disputes and gig-economy employment misclassification matters; and consumers in consumer privacy, breach of contract, and financial fraud cases.
Before joining Zimmerman Reed, Molly litigated in immigration proceedings, representing asylum seekers and other noncitizens and appearing in immigration court on behalf of asylum and cancellation of removal applicants. While in law school, she clerked for the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office, negotiating plea offers and appearing in court for juvenile and misdemeanor matters as a Certified Student Attorney. She also served as the Managing Editor of the University of St. Thomas Law Journal and was President of the Women’s Law Student Association. Prior to law school, she worked as a Guardian ad Litem in the Minnesota Fourth Judicial District Court where she advocated for the best interests of children in child protection cases.
