Molly is an associate in the firm’s Minneapolis office and a member of the consumer protection and employment law practice groups. She currently represents employees in employment wage disputes and gig-economy employment misclassification matters and represents consumers in consumer privacy, breach of contract, and financial fraud cases.

Before joining Zimmerman Reed, Molly litigated in immigration proceedings, representing asylum seekers and other noncitizens, appearing in immigration court on behalf of asylum and cancellation of removal applicants. While in law school, she clerked for the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office, negotiating plea offers, and appearing in court for juvenile and misdemeanor matters as a Certified Student Attorney. She also served as the Managing Editor of the University of St. Thomas Law Journal and was President of the Women’s Law Student Association. Prior to law school, she worked as a Guardian ad Litem in the Minnesota Fourth Judicial District Court where she advocated for the best interests of children in child protection cases.
