Ben is an associate at Zimmerman Reed based in the firm’s Minneapolis office. Known for his strong analytical and research skills, Ben’s practice focuses on several areas of complex litigation, including consumer protection and privacy cases. He currently represents individuals whose information was compromised by a significant data breach and consumers whose privacy was violated by website tracking software. Ben also represents consumers in cases arising from greenwashing and misleading environmental claims.

Prior to joining the firm, Ben served as a law clerk to Judge Wilhelmina M. Wright of the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. He also clerked for Judge Rachel C. Hughey of the Fourth Judicial District of Minnesota. While in law school at the University of Minnesota, Ben clerked for the General Counsel to the Minnesota Governor.
