The law can be used to prevent companies from exploiting the public. To make this happen, I find new ways to approach disputes—often using technology tools—to level the playing field as much as possible.

Caleb is an innovative litigator who sees the law as a tool for action. A partner in the firm’s Los Angeles office, he dedicates most of his practice to consumer protection and employment cases. His clients include consumers, misclassified employees, mortgage borrowers, student loan borrowers, and senior citizens. Caleb’s background as a courtroom advocate and his proficiency in the technology field offers clients a unique skill set. His passion for justice empowers his service to those whose rights have been violated, and his engineering mindset helps him overcome tactical obstacles in the litigation. Caleb has played a key role in the emerging plaintiffs’ arbitration practice and tried the first merits arbitration in the country that alleged that a “gig economy” worker was an employee as opposed to an independent contractor. He continues to advance such cases in arbitration and courtrooms.
