I set my competitive spirit to work for my clients, searching relentlessly for a winning approach to each case and thriving in complex, meaningful litigation.

Michael specializes in complex class actions and multi-district litigation in the areas of sports law, data breach and privacy, and consumer protection. He has handled all aspects of pre-trial litigation, and his successes include, among others, obtaining settlement awards for former NFL players suffering from cognitive decline, certifying a nationwide class of financial institutions in a data breach action, and arguing in opposition to a summary judgment motion.

As a creative and dedicated attorney, Michael thrives in complex and challenging cases and often leads the teams responsible for developing case strategies and pursuing class certification. He is currently a court-appointed member of the leadership committees in a data breach action against ParkMobile and a consumer class action against Elanco concerning an allegedly harmful pet collar. In both, Michael serves on the law and briefing, complaint drafting, and class certification committees.
