Zimmerman Reed is pleased to welcome Molly Billion, a member of the firm’s Consumer Protection and Employee Rights and Overtime teams in our Minneapolis office. Molly focuses her practice on employment wage disputes and misclassification matters, and representing consumers in consumer privacy, breach of contract, and financial fraud cases.

Before joining Zimmerman Reed, Molly litigated immigration proceedings, representing asylum seekers and other noncitizens. Prior to law school, she worked as a Guardian ad Litem in the Minnesota Fourth Judicial District Court where she advocated for the best interests of children in child protection cases.
