As a member of the Public Client practice group, Kimberly represents states and municipalities in a variety of matters. She currently represents the State of Minnesota in its litigation against e-cigarette manufacturer, JUUL, for its deceptive marketing practices and targeting of Minnesota’s youth. She also represents individual state Attorneys General in litigation against entities responsible for deceptive marketing, sale, and distribution of opioids.

Upon graduating law school, Kimberly clerked for Judge E. Matthew Johnson of the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced at another Minneapolis law firm, representing businesses and individuals in all stages of complex commercial litigation. Throughout her practice, Kimberly has handled broad aspects of cases, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery including taking and defending depositions, motion practice, and representing clients in mediation and through all phases of litigation and settlement.
